Investment Banking Director Opportunity at CVX Ventures

CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Investment Banking Director to join our team in London and Copenhagen. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal journey from sourcing and analyzing business plans and markets to closing investment rounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions
  • Negotiate term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities for CVX
  • Present investment opportunities to our investment committee for review and approval
  • Collaborate with our partners to run investment processes and close investment rounds
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master's degree with excellent academic results
  • 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or a related field
  • EU work permit
