Investment Banking Managing Director

CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Investment Banking Managing Director to join our global investment team in London or Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow, analyzing companies, markets, and teams to make investment decisions, and negotiating term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and analyze business plans and markets to identify investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments and present findings to the investment committee
  • Negotiate term sheets and ensure successful deal closure
  • Collaborate with the investment team to drive deal flow and investment performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results
  • 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
  • EU work permit
