Job Opportunity: Director Level - Energy & Infrastructure M&A Team

Parker & Masters is seeking a highly experienced Director to join their Energy & Infrastructure M&A Team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for origination efforts and overseeing the execution of M&A transactions.

This is a growth hire for the team, which has undergone significant success in recent years. You will have the backing of a top global organisation and access to top corporate and sponsor clients.

The Opportunity will offer you:

Requirements:
  1. Additional European language skills are not required but can be beneficial.
  2. Previous experience in Power, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Renewables sub-sectors is preferred but not essential.
  3. A minimum of 8-15 years of full-time experience in M&A and Investment Banking.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Previous experience in origination, transaction execution, and client relationship management.
  6. Extensive knowledge of financial modelling and technical skills.
  7. Previous experience working at an Investment Bank, Big 4 Corporate Finance Team, or Corporate Development Team.
