Working in the IT Business Team on continuous improvement, development, and introduction of new ways of working to ensure the business systems are as efficient and fit for purpose as possible.

This role involves extensive usage of various systems, with the ERP system (Prophet) being a key feature. Thus, an understanding of SQL, Report Writing, and Business Intelligence tools is a must.

Training and guidance will be provided on each of the specific applications.

ISS is an expanding business, and as such, there will be a number of projects that this role will play a key part in delivering.

There will be a requirement to spend time across all 3+ sites in this role therefore you will need a current UK driving license and your own transport (the main site is not accessible by public transport).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with site teams to enhance data capture, management, and visualisation processes.
  • Manage the ERP QC Inspection Sheets system, ensuring timely and documented changes.
  • Oversee the implementation and development of various systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing for ERP upgrades and manage the testing plan.
  • Assist with complex database maintenance and document workflows.
  • Prioritise multiple projects and manage escalated issues with urgency.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Prophet).
  • Strong SQL querying skills.
  • Experience with report writing (preferably Crystal Reports).
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (preferably Qlik, Power BI).
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
