I am supporting 2 x great opportunities for commercially astute, proactive & experienced Team Executive Assistants to join a prestigious development in Hammersmith. These key positions will be joining at an extremely exciting time for the business/project.
- 1 x EA will support 3 Business Heads (Operations, IT & Finance) & 1 x will support 2 x Business Heads (Marketing), key areas including:-
- Inbox, Diary & Travel management for Heads of Department
- Delivery of reports, presentations & key documentation
- Fully manage meetings/events logistics / scheduling
- Providing a professional, confidential support
- The Operations EA will work & managing the Office Function (including office logistics/moves)
- The Marketing EA will also support Event Administration
- Project management / delivery
- Prioritising workload to meet key deadlines
- Expense administration
- Use of the full MS Office Suite extensively
These are key positions & I am looking for experienced, professional candidates who can support & provide high level of office support, whilst being flexible to support the set up of functions within a fast growing environment.
Candidates will ideally hold experience of working within a Commercial Property organisation, working with asset managers / the wider teams.
This role will work Monday to Friday, ideally office based 4 or 5 days pw with some flexibility.
