In order for this to happen we operate a streamlined and automated business where all business processes are managed by a system of recurring checklists. We are looking for a person for Customer Service and our most critical business processes - the engine of the business
**The Role**
- Customer Support (around 4 hours per day)
- Execute checklists in a timely manner with 100% accuracy. The checklists vary from easy to complicated and require you to use a number of different software programs and online tools. Here is an example of checklists to perform on a recurring basis: Refund checklist, Return checklist, Damage product checklist, Product review checklist, Financial reconciliation checklist, Check invoice and payment checklist, Container booking checklist, container receipt checklist, Stock reconciliation checklist, Update promo checklist, Weekly and monthly scorecard checklist
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and suggest improvements to become even more automated and streamlined
- Escalate business problems to the management team
As per above, the role is varied and a combination of traditional positions such as customer service representative, bookkeeper, finance assistant, supply chain assistant, operations assistant.
**The Person**
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a small team (we are currently a small team of 6 people)
- Excellent grammar and vocabulary
- Ability to perform time sensitive tasks while maintaining 100% accuracy
- A highly organised person with a great attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and experience using software programs and online tools (such as Xero, Shopify etc)
- Confidence to speak up and ask questions
- Ability to understand and follow pre-established policies and procedures
Additionally, the following is not essential but would move you further up our shortlist:
- Strong math and number skills
- Strong Excel skills

**What’s on offer**
- Base salary: £30-35k (depending on experience)
- Bonus based on realistic yet challenging performance targets
- New offices centrally located in London (High Street Kensington)
