Customer Service Representative

**The Role**
The goal is to keep our customers happy and retention high by providing professional and on-time customer service. No two days will be the same but here is the key responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and suggest improvements to our leadership team
- Escalate business problems to your manager.
**The Person**
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- The ability to work effectively from home with a designated workspace
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a small team
- Fluent English speaker with excellent grammar and vocabulary
- Ability to perform time sensitive tasks while maintaining 100% accuracy
- A highly organised person with a great attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and experience using software programs and online tools
- Confidence to speak up and ask questions
- Ability to understand and follow pre-established policies and procedures
- A highly positive person who can provide an excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships with our customer base
Additionally, the following is not essential but would move you further up our shortlist:
- Experience in live chat and phone customer support
- Experience using Shopify and Zendesk
- Strong math and number skills
