Fulfil the role as ‘point of contact’ for disrepair, complex and high-profile cases.
Achieve access into properties with residents who may have complex needs.
Report weekly on caseload and produce reports for the feedback of the service.

Communicate through preferred means the forward actions of the case and keep residents up-to-date until works are complete

Liaise with other Council departments and other agencies such as Cadent/ Thames Water where there are complexities involved.

Coordinate works where there are multiple teams involved around the needs of the resident

Provide a flexible service which takes account of the needs of customers and is delivered at times and locations which suit customers.
Ensure customer profiling information is proactively updated and used effectively and sensitively.

Rate: £17.51 Umbrella

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
