About Us
We are a leading kitchen subcontractor, working on some of the most prestigious development projects across the UK. Our expertise lies in delivering high-quality, kitchen solutions for residential developments, collaborating with top property developers, architects, and main contractors.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team. This is a pivotal role in driving business growth, securing new opportunities, and building strong relationships within the construction and property development industry. You'll work closely with our National Sales Manager to generate leads, negotiate deals, and contribute to our strategic expansion.

What We're Looking For
- Industry Passion: Sales experience within the kitchen industry ,construction or property development.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with industry professionals, from developers to architects and contractors.
- Strategic Thinking: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify key opportunities.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Confidence in presenting solutions and negotiating deals to drive revenue.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A dedication to delivering high-quality service and meeting client needs.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, project-led sales environment.
