The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documents, ensuring that information is accurately recorded, securely stored, and easily accessible to the project team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes and procedures for each project.
  • Track and monitor the status of documents and provide regular reports on document status and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project-specific requirements for document management.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across all levels of the project team.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless document exchange and adherence to project timelines.
  • Regularly review and audit document control processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with best practices.
  • Ensure all users are adequately trained in the use of document management systems.
