Role Overview - Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the business model, key supply chain partners, and the market sectors, customers, and suppliers.
  • Build effective relationships with supply chain partners, internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Working across multiple European warehouses and building strong relationships across them
  • Dealing with chemical distributions and handling hazardous goods
  • Overseeing non-conformance communication, resolution, trend analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the operational performance of key supply chain partners through structured, data-driven approaches.
  • Address and resolve live supply chain operational issues, taking ownership of timely resolutions.


Ideal Candidate

  • Has a customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Background in Logistics and International Trade.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in Transport regulation
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify key trends in data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in FMCG and Pharmaceutical
