Aerospace Logistics Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Sterling UK Control Tower as an Aerospace Logistics Specialist. This role is part of our Aerospace International team, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through operational and customer care excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance customer services by adhering to procedures and utilizing systems correctly.
  • Follow new systems and procedures within the department.
  • Provide professional and timely phone support, answering calls within 3 rings.
  • Take job orders from clients, including routing, classifying service types, and establishing deadlines.
  • Offer continuous notification and follow-up to clients, covering flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, charges, and resolutions.
  • Familiarize yourself with special services offered and ensure customers are aware of available options.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication with service partners.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in the Aerospace field is preferred.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of international and domestic airline routings, geography, and time zones.
  • Understanding of the Aviation industry and delivering Time Critical shipments using available services.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
