Hogarth Worldwide is seeking an experienced and driven Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global TA function and drive our talent acquisition strategy. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, from developing innovative sourcing strategies to building a diverse and inclusive pipeline of top talent.
What you'll do:
- Lead the charge: Oversee all aspects of global talent acquisition, working closely with the People team and senior leadership to prioritize and plan for hiring needs across the business.
- Be data-driven: Develop and analyze key recruitment metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize hiring processes.
- Champion our tools: Own and promote our suite of TA tools, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and data dashboards, ensuring a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Build our brand: Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent through compelling content and targeted campaigns.
- Foster collaboration: Work closely with the People team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee, setting new hires up for success.
- Drive innovation: Continuously evaluate and improve our TA processes, exploring new technologies and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Be an advocate for diversity: Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, building strong relationships with external partners and implementing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Develop your team: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing global TA team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading a global talent acquisition function within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of the digital, data, and technology hiring market.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for diversity and inclusion, with a proven track record of building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Experience working with a variety of TA tools and technologies, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and data analytics platforms.
- A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
