The Role

As a Principal Solution Architect, you will join our global team and help us define and implement a cohesive technical architectural vision that aligns with our strategic goals and supports our businesses to focus on what really matters by delivering streamlined cross functional solutions. You will implement an integrated technical architecture that initially supports our legal, real estate, and security initiatives across multiple groups and divisions globally and then branch off into additional comprehensive architecture platforms.


Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative and scalable solutions across sectors.
  • Work across multiple functions and geographical locations to design, propose, and to collaborate and effectively communicate with diverse teams.
  • Drive the alignment of technology solutions to business objectives and document to TOGAF standards.


Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Extensive experience in TOGAF/SAFe solutions architecture, with hands on systems analysis/design and testing experience.
  • Knowledge of technologies (commercial, opensource, cloud, SAAS PAAS).
  • Customer focus attitude and ability to map workflows/use scenarios, Platform/Infrastructure as a service.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure solutions in a global environment working with global dispersed teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards, data protection, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including ability to translate technical to business language (vice versa).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
  • Initiative and strategic thinking skills with deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with diverse teams.


Good to have:

  • A Master’s degree in a related field or relevant certification.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in functional domain.
