Recruiter on Demand (RoD) is a people first organisation. We work in a collaborative, fun remote environment and embed with our client's TA teams.

We're looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6 month project - with the potential to extend.

You'll be embedded as a TA consultant at a global organisation. The roles you deliver will be across different functions in the business - located across EMEA and occasionally other geographies.

You'll take HM briefings and manage the interview / offer process. Much of your role will be candidate facing. Headhunting will be a key aspect of your work and you'll need significant experience of delivering hires via accessing the passive candidate market. Conducting in-depth candidate screening calls as well as role advertising are also key.

You must have experience of working within international companies as a TA consultant.
