Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Assistant. As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect products, handling transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for providing product knowledge and styling advice to customers.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
