Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and deliver solutions tailored to customer needs. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will build and maintain excellent relationships with buyers from various blue-chip accounts. Working from home, you will manage and visit existing customers as needed while strategically targeting new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality account management, delivery, and issue resolution, serving as the primary interface between customers and the business to maintain effective partnerships.
  • Proactively seek ways to maximise business opportunities with existing key accounts.
  • Coordinate customer product and service requirements with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Develop a strong personal network of contacts to stay aware of the market, including existing and prospective customers and competitors, and provide customer feedback to Paragon.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Confident and well-organized.
  • Strong client and customer service ethos.
  • Excellent all-around communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Industry-specific experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided and there will be a handover period from the current manager who will be retiring.
