Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our clients IT Services team. You will be tasked with managing, delivering, and maintaining the Property Services workstream. This role involves the timely planning and execution of all technical aspects related to the ITS Property Services backlog, including network circuit delivery, SD-WAN link setups for buildings and new offices, office relocations, and coordinating vendor surveys, installations, and activations for networks, wireless, AV/VC, telephony, and peripherals. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IT Project Management, especially within a global property function, and a proven track record in building effective cross-functional relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders within the Property Services Division.
  • Manage and communicate complex project activities, ensuring timely and accurate updates on delivery schedules, risks, issues, and successes, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Partner with suppliers to deliver technical value for the Property Services team.
  • Oversee and reconcile delivery finances, including statements of work, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with the ITS Product Owner, Delivery Leads, and Engineers to maintain adherence to established processes.
  • Use JIRA boards to drive delivery efforts by actively managing the backlog, including prioritization and progress tracking.


Requirements and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Enterprise-scale IT or Infrastructure role.
  • Proven experience in Project Management or Delivery, particularly in areas such as:
  • SD-WAN Network Link implementation, including quoting, coordinating with service providers, sequencing, and installation.
  • Network circuit management, switch installations, wireless setup, telephony, and AV/VC equipment ordering, installation, and capacity management.
  • Technical delivery coordination for building installations and office relocations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, planning, organization, and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a capacity to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is advantageous.
