Technical Project Manager - £60k - £85k - Hybrid (London)

Plexus has partnered with a pioneering scientific research blockchain firm that's mission is to advance the adoption of blockchain, AI and Distributed Ledger Technology.

They are seeking an experienced and adaptable Technical Project Manager to lead AI and blockchain initiatives across their foundation and multiple projects. This position involves overseeing and coordinating diverse teams to ensure the on-time completion of advanced AI and Web3 projects, while also offering strategic guidance on their technical execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a range of projects ensuring they meet timelines, budget constraints and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and external teams to ensure smooth project execution,
  • Document and convey all functional and technical needs, proactively managing risks and addressing any challenges to maintain project momentum.
  • Assist in shaping the technical architecture of AI and LLM projects, ensuring that appropriate frameworks and technologies are in place.
  • Offer strategic direction for projects involving AI, LLM, Web3, and blockchain, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 2/3+ years of proven track record managing projects in AI and/or Blockchain
  • In-depth knowledge of Web3 and blockchain, and how they intersect with AI and LLM initiatives.
  • Excellent communication abilities for bridging gaps between technical and non-technical team members.
  • A deep interest in driving innovation where AI, LLM, and blockchain converge.
  • Degree in Compsci, AI or a related field would be beneficial
