Software Delivery Manager Opportunity

A rapidly expanding bank in London is seeking a skilled Software Delivery Manager to lead the development of a brand-new mobile application.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to join a collaborative project team and drive the delivery of a high-profile project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience working as a Technical Delivery Manager, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, build, and maintenance of mobile applications.
  • Work closely with engineers and developers to drive project delivery and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager with a focus on delivery.
  • Strong background in software development and experience working as a Lead Software Engineer/Developer.
  • Recent experience working in a collaborative project team of Engineers and Developers.
  • Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and drive ongoing improvements within and across projects.
