We’re seeking a Customer Technical Support Engineer, an enthusiastic recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience, who has a passion for technology and a natural ability to connect with customers. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for users, guiding them through onboarding, troubleshooting, and helping them make the most of the Answertree platform.
About You
- Recent graduate or professional with 1-2 years of experience and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Friendly, personable, and possesses strong communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and software tools, with a keen interest in problem-solving
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple support cases effectively
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide first-line technical support, assisting clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and navigating the platform
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to communicate and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Customer Engagement: Understand users’ needs and ensure they have a smooth, valuable experience with Answertree
- Quality Assurance: Assist with software testing to identify issues and contribute to performance enhancements
- Documentation: Improve and expand support resources to empower users to find answers independently
