Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Health and Social Care Worker at BetterOasis located in Norwich. As a Health and Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to young people in our care. Your day-to-day tasks may include assisting with personal care, facilitating social activities, promoting emotional well-being, and encouraging independent living skills.

Qualifications
  • Experience in working with children or young people
  • Knowledge of health and social care practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and compassion
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Basic understanding of safeguarding principles
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in health and social care are desirable
