iO associates are proud to partner with a Global FMCG manufacturer who are looking for a driven Payroll Administrator/ Specialist to join the team

You will support processing of monthly payroll, collating and processing UK payroll data, preparing monthly reconciliation.

Title: Payroll Administrator/ Specialist
Location: Rochdale UK, Hybrid
Permanent Job

Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • Adhere to payroll-related processes, HMRC requirements, and company policies.
  • Stay up to date with evolving payroll PAYE regulations.
  • Support performing the annual P11d (if any) P60s process & End of Year adjustments if required.
  • Support with the delivery of HR & Payroll initiatives and projects

Relevant experience and competencies

  • Prior experience working in a payroll department and performing annual payroll related activities.
  • Microsoft Excel

In return for this, you will receive a salary of up to £30,000, alongside some great benefits such as employers pension contributions of 5% to accompany a 3% employees' contribution, Private Healthcare and 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
