- Administration of all recruitment contracts, new starter paperwork and right to live and work in the UK checks
- Probationary confirmations
- New starter surveys administration and return [we have discussed reviewing time frame for these]
- Exit interview survey/meeting administration, once a lever confirmed.
- HR Folder management - maintaining accurate and up to date records [Christian is leading this review project, but you would be responsible ultimately for maintain a clear folder structure, removing duplicates, keeping things consistent etc]
- Any general policy or process updates. Complete policy reviews would sit with HRBP's
- PO orders, supporting set up of third party suppliers etc.
- People & Culture (UKG/EC) system administration, updating databases etc
- Day to day administration as required [External survey completions, legal requirements, information requests etc]
- Actively participate in projects as required.
Also supporting with the following:
- Payroll administration
- Benefits Administration
- Reporting on areas such as absence, holidays, new starter survey, exist interview data etc
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
