The Role

The new Payroll Administrator will support the processing of monthly payroll, collating & processing UK data for c1000 employees. You’ll perform a wide range of duties, including.

  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing whilst managing payroll-related processes, such as HMRC, company policies, and PAYE regulations.
  • Maintain & enhance data accuracy and integrity with HRIS system.
  • Generate payroll reports
  • Monitor shared payroll inbox and address and queries
  • Manage and staff changes such as new starters, promotions, leavers, address changes etc


Your Skills & Experience

To be considered as the new Payroll Administrator you will need.

  • Available to start immediately or on short notice
  • CIPP qualification
  • Prior experience working in Payroll for a medium to large-scale business
  • Advanced Excel (must be able to perform v-lookups & pivot tables etc)
  • A people-focused and problem-solving attitude.
