We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies who are looking for a Service Improvement Analyst. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device
What You Can Expect
- Location – Watford
- Salary - £37,000
- Industry – Lottery
- Work Type – Fixed term contract until April 2025
Key Responsibilities as a Service Improvement Analyst
- Identify risks and develop agreed-upon mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress against plans and promptly flag any delivery concerns to relevant stakeholders.
- Understand project critical paths and identify potential risks to delivery.
- Lead the identification and implementation of process and operational improvements using various methods and tools.
- Collaborate with Customer Operations to enhance processes, drive efficiencies, and ensure adherence to existing procedures.
- Manage the Risk Register and oversee its maintenance.
- Handle the technical, content, and administrative aspects of the Contact Center.
Core Experience and Skills
- Proficient in using top-tier presentation and process documentation tools, with proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience in managing projects from the conceptual stage through to implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing, verification, and validation techniques.
- Skilled in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Familiar with project management processes and methodologies.
- Knowledgeable in BPM and tools like iGrafx.
