About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Improvement Analyst to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Service Improvement team, you will play a critical role in continually reviewing the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of our Customer Operations activities and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and deliver enhanced experiences for our Participants, Players, and Retailers by reducing and eliminating the need for contact, driving first contact resolution, and optimizing our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and champion improvements to our Retailer and Player experience, ensuring that any changes do not negatively impact our relationship with the Gambling Commission, our players, or our colleagues.
  • Project Management: Scope, manage, and document project requirements, providing subject matter expertise in process and people, and technology improvement and project planning.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop agreed mitigation approaches, monitor progress against plans, and flag any concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Management: Facilitate the management of our Risk Register and technical, content, and administration management of our Knowledge Centre.
Requirements
  • Process Improvement Methodologies: Demonstrable experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Project Management: Experience of managing conceptual projects through to implementation, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and working knowledge of BPM and tools such as iGrafx.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to learn new presentation and process documentation tools.
