Performance Coordinator (Facilities Management)

Job Summary:

As a Performance Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our operations meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out weekly performance reviews and interface with Operational heads to ensure key dates, targets, and metrics are met based on the data in the CAFM system.
  • Develop strong relationships with Operational, Projects, and Technical Service heads to ensure that quality and performance on the contract are followed.
  • Carry out mitigation reviews and support operational teams to ensure appropriate actions are taken, utilizing critical language skills as required.
  • Support with report writing for both internal and external reports.
  • Ensure that all reports and data are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Utilise your knowledge of the contract requirements, service requirements, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage data reports in core Maximo or similar CAFM system.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of KPIs within an FM environment, including metrics such as uptime, response times, and quality scores
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions rather than just reporting problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Experience with CAFM systems, such as Maximo or similar.
