We are aiming to speak with skilled & experienced Support Workers as children, young people, and family support workers, ready & able to assist with a varied load case, all with varied complexities.
Our support workers will be expected to provide knowledge, experience, assistance & support to maintain a safe & stable family environment, with the well-being of our Young People at heart.
Pay Rates: Negotiable Pay Rates
The Children or Young person may be subjected to some/all of the below risk factors:

- Communication Barriers/ Non English Speakers
- Sexual Exploitation
- Gang Affiliation
- County Lines
Our goal is to bridge the gap between care and service, entrusting you to provide appropriate care to our young people, while we ensure your service expectations are met. Conflict resolution is vital in this role. Our workers must be solution-driven with strong communication skills to maintain a calm, professional, and caring approach in challenging situations.
You may also need to demonstrate tasks to parents and support them until they can manage independently.
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
- Valid UK Right To Work with 12+ Months Experience in a similar role
- Full CV inc. Employment History (Any Breaks Longer Than 2 Weeks Must be Accounted For)
- Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Childrens & Adults), Registered on the Update Service. (Carepro will aim to assist with this, should you have any difficulty).
- Five Years Practical Reference History
