MKJ Ignite are excited to be working with a multi-award-winning, Glasgow-based scale-up that's revolutionising the industry through innovative data-driven insights. We’re on the hunt for a Consumer & Shopper Data Analyst who is eager to develop and grow alongside this rapidly expanding business.


What skills do you need to have to be considered?


💡 A passion for all things data & insights, coupled with a positive and vibrant personality.

🔍 Strong numerical and logical skills, with experience in research methodologies and creating consumer feedback surveys.

📊 Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting through Excel or similar data management systems.

💬 A strong communicator who can convey ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build effective working relationships.

🎓 A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, with high-quality interpersonal and influencing skills.

🧠 Analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a self-starter attitude.

🌐 Familiarity with the FMCG industry would be a plus, but not essential.

⭐ A proven problem solver who is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:


📈 Analysing and interpreting business needs, preparing insightful analysis presentations for clients.

📝 Creating engaging consumer surveys to derive key insights, and managing the end-to-end delivery of data insight reports.

🤝 Liaising with clients to understand their challenges and objectives, ensuring all insights drive meaningful results.

💡 Building and presenting compelling stories from data, using statistical techniques to model and predict consumer behaviours.

🔍 Managing large data sets, delivering data-driven solutions to support company initiatives.

📊 Developing and optimising solutions for core company activities, ensuring compliance and quality in all deliverables.
