Here at BurnsSheehan, we are collaborating with a forward-thinking technology company that is revolutionizing the way property surveyors manage their reporting processes. As part of their mission to transform the property surveying and reporting industry, they have secured significant investment and are on track to grow rapidly in the coming years.


To support their continued growth and ensure the highest quality in their innovative products, they are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who is passionate about driving excellence in software testing. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of quality processes in a company that's both fast-growing and committed to innovation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead detailed testing of software, identifying, analyzing, and documenting defects.
  • Maintain and enhance system test plans for web portals, iOS apps, and Android apps.
  • Develop new test plans to support agile feature releases.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and embed QA into the process.
  • Provide feedback on usability and functionality from the customer’s perspective.
  • Implement automated testing solutions across mobile and web platforms.


Experience Required:


  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in QA for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and automation.
  • Experience testing performance, capacity, and security of software.
  • Passionate about learning and adapting to new industries and complex products.
  • Experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment is highly beneficial.
