Construction Project Manager - London


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager for a global owner operator, to lead the execution of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in London. This is a key role within a dynamic delivery team, responsible for managing a portfolio of capital expansion and new build projects.

As part of the project management team, you’ll oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, driving project success and contributing to the overall growth of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large capital expansion and new build projects in London.
  • Mitigate risks and lead both internal and external project teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Administer contracts, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Produce high-quality reports, manage project meetings, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Lead procurement stages, ensuring contractors deliver as per agreed scope and program.
  • Monitor construction quality, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in the data center sector.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, best practices, and modern construction techniques.
  • Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical services, BMS, and security systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage scope, cost, time, quality, and risk.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
