Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Client Services Team and Advisers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our clients. This is a hybrid role, based in Poole with the flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Client Services team.
- Manage client inquiries by phone, email, and in-person (if applicable) in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process and manage client onboarding and account maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system (Intelliflo).
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with client meetings and events (if applicable).
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of finance and investment concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
