Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team. Wrights is a well-established family-run business that supplies dairy, fruit & veg, and frozen products to catering businesses within the Dorset and surrounding areas.
As a member of our customer service team you will be responsible for handling all aspects of communication with our customer. This will include providing support to the field sales team, building rapport and strong relationships with our current customer base, order processing, promoting special offers, assisting in investigation/solving of customer's problems and complaints and improving customer service procedures, policies and standards.
You will need to be:
- Confident and well organised.
- Good IT computer skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of wholesale/catering would be an advantage.
- Background in sales with a track record of building rapport with clients would be an advantage.
Hours: part time hours
- Start time between 8:00am and 10:00am,
- min 5 hours per day,
- Min 2 days per week, Monday to Friday, Saturday on a rota basis
Pay: £11.50 per hour (FTE £22,425 per annum)
