We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Service to join our OPTISM (Operations, Payments, Treasury, Issuer Services, Markets) team. This role is located in Manchester, UK with a hybrid work model.

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
Processing high volumes of payment instructions and reporting
Delivering excellent client service
Running our company better by simplifying process’s and embracing change
Working collaboratively and as part of a team to consistently achieve goals

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Bachelors degree preferred
Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisation skills
Ability to read and extract key information from legal documents.
Previous finical services experience not essential
