Digital Content Executive
The Position
Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ is seeking a highly organised Digital Content Executive to support management of CMS, website content strategy and hotel imagery. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the content for one of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CMS, website content strategy and user journeys.
- Lead the delivery and curation of new hotel content on the website in a timely manner.
- Support the delivery of weekly content updates briefed by Digital Manager and Regional Marketing Manager.
- Support delivery of website personalisation strategy by creating content in CMS.
- Support the management of Leonardo image content.
- Curate all SLH hotel galleries on slh.com in line with brand guidelines.
- Champion and safeguard SLH hotel page content and image guidelines.
- Co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day relationship with content agency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and track record at managing content systems with a high attention to detail.
- Must have some relevant experience of working with digital platforms.
- Must be highly proficient in English with an understanding of applying brand tone of voice to copy.
- Familiarity with brand strategy, and working from briefs.
- Must be a hands-on, self-starter who is results driven.
- Ability to collaborate across a team (Loyalty, Creative, Content, Social and PR)
- Excellent time management and organisation.
- Confident and polite with a friendly, positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong empathy with luxury brand marketing.
- Must be a team player with a strong ability to self-manage with great initiatives.
- Must have a flexible approach to working hours to ensure completion of projects.
- Enthusiastic, sociable & approachable.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
