We are partnering with a leading global insurance client to find a highly skilled Business Analyst for a short-term contract. This role is crucial for delivering key projects before the end of the year, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As the Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to gather and document requirements, define business processes, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team. Your expertise in ITIL and CMBD will be particularly valuable in ensuring the successful integration of IT services and asset management within these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and manage project requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and refine business needs.
- Model and document business processes with end-to-end traceability.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with testers to ensure that requirements and test cases align with stakeholder needs.
- Work concurrently on multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities.
- Apply ITIL best practices and utilize CMBD to manage IT assets and services effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile and/or waterfall environments.
- Strong background in operational IT, cloud, or finance sectors, with experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in ITIL methodologies and CMBD (Configuration Management Database) practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
