The Role: As the new Account Manager you will sell the company's full offering of life-saving medical equipment and consumables. The sales process is very much "solution focused", using your consultative sales skills to uncover your customers' challenges and identify the best solutions you can offer. You will have full autonomy over your accounts, improving existing relationships and building new networks of KOL's throughout ICU, NICU, theatre, A&E, and EBME in NHS and private hospitals. This is a maternity cover role where you will be responsible for maintaining business in existing accounts.

You will work in a very supportive and collaborative atmosphere with interaction across various departments including field sales, technical specialists, marketing and customer services.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

· Excellent customer handling skills

· Professional sales experience in healthcare or business to business sales

· Consultative, customer focused approach

· Experience of handling relationships at all levels including end user to C-suite

· Eager for an opportunity to break into medical sales

Package:

Extremely competitive basic salary and lucrative OTE plus additional over-performance bonuses

Pension, Healthcare, 27 days annual leave (pro-rata), and additional benefits.

Region

The Account Manager role will handle accounts in South Wales and on the M4 corridor including: Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Oxford, Bath.
