Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director at ROSWEALTH ORGANIZATION. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, implement performance management strategies, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws on a day-to-day basis within the headquarters in London. Between the ordinary tasks are hiring all members necessary for the subsidiary CREATIVE office in Milan, Italy, the properties owned worldwide and used by the family members, and the related companies where the Family Office will invest. The HR Director will manage the HR Team consisting of 6 members in charge of supporting the HR activities.


Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies knowledge
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources or related field

Monthly Salary: GBP 8.000 Net after all taxes

Yearly Salary: GBP 96.000 Net after all taxes
