The Opportunity


The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the reach of Bioscript Group. This is an exciting opportunity to initiate and develop relationships in high value healthcare markets. You will be backed by market leading scientific experts, innovative data and analytics platforms and a client services team with a reputation for delivery excellence.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Sales and Marketing: Pitch the agency’s services to prospective clients and manage the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the agency



About You


  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the agency’s services and the competitive landscape.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
