We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic Project & Programme Management team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading various technical projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects & programs.


What you'll do:


  • Plan and lead multiple projects across multi-disciplinary teams in Global Commerce and externally, ensuring effective collaboration and development from start to end
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating to key stakeholders where necessary in a timely manner
  • Ensure that project planning covers all stages of the project lifecycle in collaboration with other departments within the organisation, applying best practices in project management for quality project delivery
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures
  • Show a willingness to go above and beyond, supporting your own project delivery when needed to meet deadlines.
  • Be confident leading and chairing workshops with multiple senior, technical, product and business stakeholders and owning communication of the outputs
  • Strong character exhibiting company core values: Integrity, Creativity, Teamwork, Pioneering Spirit, and Ownership

What you'll bring:


  • A proven track record of project delivery, with at least four years’ experience in a technical project management role
  • The ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical and cross-functional issues that affect your project and work to produce solutions that ensure the delivery of the project communicating these to the relevant stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams
  • Worked in an Agile environment with the ability to build and evolve delivery tools and processes
  • Knowledge of tracking and reporting tools, experience with JIRA and Confluence is desirable
  • A general understanding of OTT, Streaming, Payment Systems and Sales & Service is desirable
  • A recognised project management certification at a minimum foundation level is desirable
