Client Details


Our client is a well-known/highly attractive investment firm with offices across the US, Europe and Asia. They work on a variety of transactions in both developed and emerging economies.


You will be joining an established global team with oversight across the European and Asia-Pacific markets. You will also manage a small team and play a pivotal role in the development of the funds growth.


Job Description

  • You will partner with the business to develop and rollout key milestones such as Risk Assessment, Frameworks, Whistle-Blowing, Filings and Monitoring.
  • You will work closely with key stakeholders, offering training and advice around regulatory changes and on-going requirements.
  • You will work closely with regulators to ensure the firm is in the front foot at all times and all investments are following clear guidelines.
  • You will form part of a global steering committee and play an integral role in all key decisions.
  • You will manage team members across the two regions.


Requirements

  • 10 - 20 years experience
  • Strong background in handling regulators in markets such as the UK and Singapore (FCA and MAS)
  • Must have prior experience working in an regulated investment firm
  • Experience managing multiple regions and employees in different locations
  • Superb stakeholder skills and the ability to influence internal and external parties
