As the Head of Marketing, you’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team, driving the company’s ambitious growth agenda. You’ll be skilled in both strategy and team leadership, bringing strong brand management and communication expertise, as well as deep knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, your ability to harness customer data for personalised communications, and your proven experience in managing digital campaigns will be crucial.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, deliver strong ROI, and enhance customer retention.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing marketing team of nine, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee and optimise a multi-million-pound marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Utilise customer data to create targeted communication strategies that resonate with the audience and improve retention.
- Drive digital and offline marketing initiatives to boost the company’s online presence, increase engagement, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to ensure projects meet KPIs, deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that engage local communities and increase foot traffic.
- Provide hands-on leadership to achieve exceptional outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your experience will include:
- A proven track record of managing and inspiring a seasoned marketing team.
- Expertise in developing strategies for growth and ROI, with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing.
- Strong brand management and communication skills.
- Experience managing a multi-million-pound budget.
- Experience overseeing marketing across multiple locations.
