We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for heading up our marketing function, working closely with the company MD to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • Circa 5 years experience in an FMCG marketing role.
  • FMCG grocery background.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
