We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced marketer to take the reins on brand communications and customer marketing strategy—boosting brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting ambitious growth targets.

⭐️ The business is flourishing—revenue and EBITDA are strong.
⭐️ As a global leader, they have millions of loyal customers worldwide.
⭐️ This role has high potential for progression—the company is seeking someone who could become a future Director. You’ll be the Marketing Director’s trusted No. 2.
⭐️ They need someone to inject fresh energy and innovative ideas into their marketing approach.
⭐️ You'll be managing a team of 2 experienced marketeers.
Key responsibilities include:
⭐️ Designing and implementing brand communication strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
⭐️ Leading multi-channel customer marketing campaigns.
⭐️ Creating impactful digital campaigns across Search, CRM, Display, Social, Influencer & Content.
⭐️ Managing relationships with agencies (PR, Social, Digital, Shopper).
⭐️ Leading, developing, and growing the team (starting with 2 direct reports).
What we're looking for:
⭐️ Minimum 10 years of marketing experience.
⭐️ Significant experience in Customer Marketing within the FMCG sector.
⭐️ Proven track record in managing teams and agencies.
⭐️ Strong digital marketing expertise is essential.
⭐️ Experience in brand marketing is a plus.
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you :
⭐️Competitive basic salary (circa £75k - £85k, depending upon experience)
⭐️Car Allowance £7.5k per year

⭐️Hybrid working policy (3 days a week, 2 days a week at home)
