Your main responsibility will be the running of the Housing Team, duties will include: -


  • Supervising a small group dealing with housing/civil litigation claims
  • Providing technical support where necessary to Advisers
  • Training and development of the team members
  • Handling a caseload of the more complex matters


This is a new position overseeing a new department, it’s a crucial role with a lot of kudos attached to it. It will suit someone looking for something a bit different who wants to make their mark in this area. It really is a role that matters.


I’m looking to speak to Housing / Civil Litigation Solicitors with a Legal Aid background having dealt with Housing matters such as rent arrears, evictions and homelessness.
