Job Title: Housing Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Contentious Trusts and Probate Team at our prestigious Dartford office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Strategically resolve disputes pertaining to Wills
  • Expertly manage proprietary estoppel claims
  • Address intricate trust disputes with precision
  • Craft tailored statutory Wills to meet client needs
  • Advocate in contested Court of Protection applications
  • Proactively handle caveats, warnings, and citations
  • Initiate proceedings for the removal of Executors and Trustees
  • Ensure integrity in cases involving maladministration of Estates and Trusts
  • Manage rectification claims with attention to detail
  • Resolve complex Will Construction disputes
  • Conduct thorough tracing of estate and trust assets
  • Navigate matters involving Constructive / Resulting Trusts with expertise

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,148.80 per year
