Change Manager Rapidly expanding Next-Gen Network Provider
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Change Manager to drive organisational change within a leading full-fibre network provider. This role involves managing end-to-end change processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth transitions across IT applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring governance and risk management compliance.
Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure successful implementation of changes.
Conduct impact assessments, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of technical changes.
What We're Looking For:
3-5+ years' experience in Change Management, ideally within IT, telecoms, or professional services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Background in OSS/BSS environments and Cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
