As one of our Warehouse Supervisors, you will form part of our Inbound team and you will play an integral part in our warehouse operation. You will have 12 direct reports, and we need you to promote and ensure your area's safe, smooth operational running.

What will I be doing? 

• Health and Safety is paramount, and you will role model and guide the team in the highest compliance, creating awareness, driving a H&S culture 
• In line with the business plan allocate tasks to your team  
• Ensuring safety at all times you will identify, resolve and/or escalate systems/workflow issues 
• Monitor the team’s workload and achievement of deadlines 
• Identify improvements/opportunities, that will actively drive the continuous improvement of the warehouse 
• Ensure effective daily team briefs are delivered, including daily performance figures and 121’s.  
• Recognise and celebrate success utilising the use of MSC recognition channels to increase engagement and embed successful behaviours 
• Responsible for taking the initiative on personal development, both of themselves and their team 
• Build collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all operational demands are met 
• Carry out other activities assigned by the Warehouse Manager or the Operational Shift Manager to meet warehouse requirements
