About The Role
Become a key player in our team as a Customer Service Advisor, where you'll manage our customers' journey from their first contact to the completion of their service. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service, making their experience with us smooth and satisfactory.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction : Promptly respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring all details are accurately documented in our systems. Booking Management : Efficiently schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle collections and returns. Communication : Keep customers informed throughout the process by liaising with our drivers and maintaining clear, proactive communication. Administration : Update insurance companies, manage computer systems/portals, and create job packs to ensure seamless operations. Performance Targets : Meet daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets to maintain operational excellence. Forecourt Management : Optimise space and workflow by moving vehicles on the forecourt as needed.About You

Administrative Skills : Proficient in MS Office applications with the ability to quickly learn new computer systems. Team Player : Effective collaboration within a team, coupled with the ability to work independently. Self-Motivated : Proactive and driven, with a hands-on approach to tasks and responsibilities.
